Fab Transformation Part 2: Kit Bashing with a Lasercutter and More

Progress was made this weekend on the beach house to modern cabin conversion, particularly the basement and roof.  A metal roof went onto the modern cabin-well, mostly! The other sheet to finish it is on it's way.  This roof was created with scale model plastic "metal" sheets from the local hobby shop and will get a coat of red metal later.

Thanks to some Illustrator savvy, plans for the lower-level garage were drafted for a lasercutter, featuring fancy stonework and a barn style double garage door.  I'm a little anxious about my math on these, especially the working garage door, but if I am correct in my calculations, then this will be a lovely addition to the cabin.
